Dreams & Wishes Charity is dedicated to making a real difference to the lives of seriously ill children and their families. Our goal is to fulfil an ill child’s dreams, this could be through gifts, a holiday of a lifetime or giving them the chance to meet their favourite celebrity #SmilesOnFaces

Story

Macsen died of leukaemia aged just 11 years old in 2012.

The Giess family received support from many different people and places, but Dreams and Wishes helped them to give Macsen those special treats that ensured he was happy and fulfilled right up to the end of his tragically short life.

His Mum Ceryl, Dad Paul, Sister Elinor and Brother Taliesin will always miss him but will keep his memory alive through this wonderful charity and we will run to ensure we do our part to ensure
Dreams and Wishes can continue to help other families in similar tragic circumstances

Please give what you can......

With love and thanks from Team Macsen x.
