We are four cycling friends who are about to embark on an epic cycling adventure traversing Scotland, Ireland, France and Spain.
Jim Foulis and Joe McFadyen from Dundee wheelers , freespirit Fraser Miller and elder statesman Lionel Wylie (72) from Dundee Thistle will set off on this audacious journey at 930 on Thursday 12th September from the Millenium hall Birkhill Dundee hoping to reach Alicante in Spain some 1600 miles and four weeks later.
The route follows part of the Atlantic way down the west coast of Ireland, ferry from Cork to Roscoff down through France on the West Coast and across into Spain via the Pyrenees where we will be joined by a fifth cyclist Fergus Dargie from Dundee Wheelers.
As a group of friends we have all in some way shape or form known someone who has struggled with the impact of Breast Cancer and therefore will be embarking on this journey to raise funds for Breast Cancer Care.
