Story

Sugar is in most of our daily foods. Some very apparent and some hidden by giving it different names in order for us to not even realise how much sugar we consume daily.

The aim of this challenge is to a: Give our bodies a shock realisation by stopping all saturated sugars in our diet for a month and to b: raise funds for in order to help the needy.

The participant will promise not to eat any saturated sugars in any food for a month, and if sugar is consumed, irrelevant of the amount and knowledge, the participant will have to pay a penalty of £30 each time it's consumed.

The sponsor must pay £30 to each participant for them to complete this challenge.

Any penalties and all sponsorships funds will be given to Al-Amin who will use them fully without any admin, rent, marketing or wages
