Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Just 1% of the national spend on cancer research has been allocated to this disease. We are a leading voice calling for support and action for research into what is called the last battleground against cancer.

Story

A year ago, John, a good friend who is only in  his 40's, was diagnosed with a brain tumour. It came as a huge shock to everyone who knows him.He was always the life and soul whenever we got together- cracking jokes and making everyone laugh. It is very hard to believe that he has to undergo numerous cycles of chemotherapy and the impact on his family has been tremendous. He is unable to work and many ordinary things he was able to do for himself now have to be done with the loving support of his wife and 11 year old daughter.

Robert, my husband Nick and I wish to raise money for research into brain tumours and hope that the money raised can help those  affected or become affected in the future.
