Last year I challenged myself to cycle from Newcastle to Edinburgh with my Scottish friends and raised money for Marie Curie Cancer Care. I promised myself I would do it all again this year, this time for the BMSTC. Based in Reading, they provide a friendly meeting place and a range of therapies for people living with Multiple Sclerosis. I do massage therapy there weekly and over the past 10 years have made many friends and been inspired by the dedication of staff and helpers and the personal strength and positive outlook of my clients.
