On 10th May, myself and Sophie Bailey will be participating in Champneys 13th Annual Bike Ride. We are thrilled to be invited to put a Cybex team forward and help raise some money for their Charitable Foundation, who buy specialist equipment for disabed adults and children. In addition to this, Champneys will also be donating money to the Silver Star Appeal (diabeties) and the Cystic Fibrosis Trust. 

We are fortunate enough to be able to ride 36 miles and, by doing so, we can help others that aren't. Please help us make a positive difference to somebody's life and aid us in supporting this annual event. We would like to raise £200 but the more we get, the more people Champneys can help.
