If any of you have met my Granddad you will know how amazing he is. Late last year sadly he got diagnosed with Alzheimer's and honestly it was the worst news ever. My granddad means so much to  me and my family. he is a kind, loving and a funny funny man. Me and my family will be doing this memory walk next moth for my granddad and also in aid with loved ones or who have sadly lost loved ones due to this condition.
