In October I became an Auntie for the 15th time, but this time Jack was blessed with extra chromosomes! Blessing us all with his awesomeness and loved beyond the stars from the off. Sometimes things could get tricky for mummy and daddy, and learning on the job was tough! 

So clever mummy reached out and Ups and Downs reached back. They found us friends, gave us support and made us feel like we were not alone.
