1 in 7 children die before reaching their 5th birthday, 17 times the average for developed countries. Below the age group of 5 years accounts for half of the death in Sub-Sahara

Because 40% of infant deaths were avoidable being caused by lack of resources and skills, I'll join a truly african challenge together with a team of african collegues

The challenge is to climb the Kilimanjaro mountain, the highest peak in Africa, a true symbol of Africa at the very heart of the continent.

I will climb the mountain in order to raise funds for Save The Children projects across Africa: all money raised will support projects to make Africa a better and happier place to live for healthier kids.

Every Rand, Euro, Pound can make the difference for the african children' lives.
