Our mum, Hazel, recently passed away and due to the current corona virus restrictions in place we have set up this page for donations to one of her favourite charities. Mum loved animals and we have many memories of visiting Bleakholt as a family and talking her into getting more pets, and often her convincing others to rescue more. All of her pets were rescue animals; Dogs Branston pickle and Trixie as a teen when volunteering there, Thomas the dog & Misty the cat as a young mum, Rodney the dog persuaded by her children, Eric the cat when we went to look for a dog, Winnie the cat Rosie came home with after two weeks volunteering, just like mum! Finally Dudley the cat who has done what Winnie did and now lives a couple of doors down in Irwell Vale. 

We now have matched funding which is fantastic news! If we raise £2,000 the charity will receive £4,000! To receive this Rose will do a memory fun run from bleak holt to Irwell vale passing mum's childhood home, her high school and ending in Irwell Vale at her family home. Feel free to give a clap or wave on 17th October if you see her stumbling along! This date is very special as it's Frazer's birthday and 36 years since she proudly became a mum for the first time. 

Mark will cycle 50k on 24th October round Failsworth. 

Frazer will cycle 100k in Mallorca where mum lived for 3 years with Frazer. Date tbc.
