Zoë's Place provides 24-hour palliative, respite and end-of-life care to infants aged 0-5 years with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions. We provide short-term regular care with our dedicated nursing staff, in a home from home environment to give parents and carers a well deserved break.

Story

Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Last year, I climbed Snowdonia for Zoë's Place after which I found out exactly what they did for the terminally ill kids and their families. Seeing first hand what they do bought back memories of when my mum & dad had to make possibly the hardest decision of their life. More than 20 years ago, mother had a baby girl who was unable to survive without a life support machine. As she was born in Albania, there was no support for her or my family.

This charity is close to my heart and I am hoping to raise as much money as possible for all the families who need the help and support from such a fantastic charity. Please help reach our target and give all you can. Every single pound goes toward giving 24-hour care to sick young children and respite to parents of sick children.
