Story

Hello all,

The Norfolk foundation supports over 2000 small charities and local voluntary groups. One of these charities is Sir Norman Lamb's Health and Well-being fund. Sir Norman has been a constant campaigner for Mental wellbeing throughout his parliamentary career and with his fund aims to transform the support that people can access within their communities. This support is for those not only suffering with their mental health but also for those suffering with learning difficulties and autism.

During these strange and uncertain times it is important not to forget these charities which provide vital mental health support to the most vulnerable.

This is why I will be running a half marathon at the end of May, with the aim to raise £500 to help this fund continue to support the most vulnerable in Norfolk's community.  As some of you may know I am not the most naturally gifted runner, so this should be a good challenge!

Any donation of any size will be much appreciated for this fantastic charity.
