Animal Care in Lancaster is one of our chosen charities of the year and we have been donating our time to help care for and exercise the animals and dogs that they rescue and take care of.

The food, staff and vets bills for the facility are huge and without the support of volunteers and their loyal base of followers they wouldn't be able to carry out the important work that they do.

So, in an attempt to raise lots of money for them, we at Fresh have decided to take on some physical challenges this year, with two of those being the National 3 Peaks challenge on 15th June (Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon back to back in just 24 hours) and the North West ToughMudder on 7th September.

I'm sure we will find some more crazy things to do so please support us and donate as much as you are able to, every penny counts and we massively appreciate it!!
