Team Freshfitmk are entering the ultimate of challenges on 19/09/2010 in aid of Willen Hospice.

This is a 5km obstacle course with a difference, barbed wire, fire and much much more on route!

The team aren't a bunch of fitness fanatics that do this all the time, we are a mixed bunch of  fitness levels, working backgrounds and this is a first of its kind for all of us.
