On June 4th, my sister Hannah and I are walking a marathon for two incredible mental health charities, The Grace Dear Trust and Kelly's Cause. 

I truly believe health is wealth however so often, because you can't see a mental health battle, it can be ignored and fall to the way side of importance. Too many incredible people have lost their battle with mental health and especially in my beloved hospitality industry so to raise money for Kelly's Cause Foundation we are getting our strut on. 

Tobie-Anne and her team have trained thousands of people to be Certified Mental Health First Aiders over the last two years and they are doing fabulous work to bring awareness to the mental health struggles we all face and specifically in the hospitality industry. 

This cause and this foundation honestly set my soul on fire so my friends, instead of buying me that pint for the two birthdays I would of had if it wasn't for lockdown, all I ask is for you to donate that spare change to this phenomenal cause instead.
