On the 23rd of March 2015, I will be taking part in Leeds RAG Jailbreak. The aim is to get as far away from Leeds as possible in 26 hours with out spending any money on travel! 

Anxiety can be a consuming and overwhelming mental health problem, which I believe is often overlooked. My chosen charity, No Panic, aims to raise awareness about anxiety and offers support for carers and those who suffer with it.
