I really hope you can spare some of your money to help me raise money for Alder Hey. I am 5 years old and really want to help the sick children in Alder Hey.

My baby sister had to stay in Alder Hey for a while when she was born and all the nurses were so nice and looked after her. Father Christmas even came to visit! I would be so happy if all the other children get looked after the same way Harper did because now she is all better she can roll over and we play together because she is not always tired anymore.

My mummy and Daddy told me the doctors and nurses need help from people like us so they can do a great job every day, so I thought I can run quite far so maybe that'll help get them some more money!

I promise to try really really hard and I will not stop running for the whole 5k me and Daddy are running everyday before school to build my strength up so I think I'll be able to run the whole way round soon.... maybe only stop for a little drink!
