Freya's Sahara Desert Trek
Freya Richardson is raising money for Help for Heroes
Story
Thank you for visiting my JustGiving page.
Later this month I will be trekking 40km (10 hours per day) across one of the worlds most extreme habitats- the Sahara desert.
Help for Heroes is a charity close to my heart as many of my family and friends serve or have served in the forces.
I believe those who put their lives on the line for us deserve a second chance at life for themselves and their families.
As well as spending many months in an out of hospital in the past few years, I am also going to have to learn to run, live without a toilet and have no access to Instagram for 5 whole days..
Completing this challenge will be a great personal achievement but most importantly every penny raised will make a real difference. With your support, together we can empower those who need us most to regain their purpose and have a positive role in society.
