The prospect of me running anywhere at all should be motivation enough for you to dig deep, but we get to help charity at the same time.

Please help me to help Prostate Cancer UK, a lovely charity who do important work that is very close to our hearts. 

Me and your Dads, brothers, uncles, boyfriends, husbands, Grandfathers and their loved ones will be eternally grateful.
