On 10th November 2018, Teresa went for a 5 km run, 1 hour later she collapsed. No signs, no symptoms and as a fit and healthy individual, it came as a huge shock. After 2 weeks of tests and scans, the doctors confirmed that the cause of the seizure was stage 4 brain cancer.

As a result we want to raise money for a charity called Funding Neuro, who focus on research in Neurology and are specifically raising money for an Immunotherapy trial at Ninewells hospital in Dundee. Unfortunately this isn't something that will benefit Teresa, but we hope will help other families who find themselves facing the disease.
