I'm running the 2019 Cardiff University/Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 6th October.

Well today it's been confirmed I have a place. I wasn't even drunk when I signed up. I do not have a love of running or crowds. I wouldn't have got through recent bad times without the support of my good friends, family , Goleudy Victim support and Cardigan Women's Aid.
This is my attempt to put my energy into something positive and give something back and also raise awareness of what great work Women's Aid do.
Please help me reach my target.
