I am doing Tough Mudder on 6th May 2017 for my choosen charity Action Aid in memory of my late father.  I have never done anything like this before so its a huge challenge and i have been training for it like I never done before!! 

Action Aid is a charity that provides hope to the poorest women and girls across Africa,  Aisa and Latin America. In a time of such suffering across the world please find time to support the charity.
