Cycling4Gaza’s 2018 Cycle – Boston to New York · 3 October 2018

Medical Aid for Palestinians works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees.

Story

Thanks for visiting my donations page!

On October 3rd to 6th this year I am cycling from Boston to NYC with 50 other riders from around the world to raise up to £200k for Medical Aid for Palestinians, a UK registered Charity dedicated to  delivering health and medical care to Palestinian communities worst affected by conflict, occupation and displacement. (www.map.org.uk)

The event is organised each year by Cycling4Gazaa non-religious, non-political international initiative which was founded in the wake of the war on Gaza in 2009. C4G brings people together from all over the world for 3 days to cycle between two major cities and raises money for sustainable educational and medical programs, as well as raising awareness about the ongoing blockade. Since 2009, C4G mobilised 320 cyclists, raised £1.5m and helped 15K children.

For those interested, you can get to know the Cycling4Gaza story, their past cycles and their impact on their website at www.cycling4gaza.com

All the money raised through Cycling4Gaza 2018 is dedicated to MAP projects supporting mental health and rehabilitation programs for children in Gaza.

I believe in impact and in giving where it will be the greatest and the most needed and there is no denying the need for these programs is great and still timely, which is why I'm trying to do my part, so please help me raise money in a great way for a great cause.

Thank you,

G
