As you may know a group of 12 of us are going to Tanzania in the summer. We will be there for two weeks and are aim is to build a water tower. 90% of the population live in villages like where we'll be based. Here they have limited access to running water and electricity, few wells, inadequate sewage treatment, poor health, high infant mortality, poor nutrition, high birth rate and low life expectancy.  Many children cannot go to school as they have to work, in order to do things such as walk many miles to retreive clean water each day.

We would like to build a water tower while we there. To do this we need to raise money for building materials. We have all paid for the trip ourselves, so any money donated will go straight to helping the people in the villages. ‘Go Mad, Tanzania’ has no over heads, hence 100% of what you give will go to helping people who have very little.
