Mum, Gail Bruce, died on Friday 9th September from follicular lymphoma. Several different treatments were sadly unsuccessful over the year-and-a-half since her diagnosis. However, she embraced every opportunity to continue having as much fun as she possibly could. She, and all of the family, were so grateful for all the love and support from so many people during her illness; it really meant a lot.

 

Mum's funeral will be at 1.30pm on Friday 30th September at Haltemprice Crematorium, Main Street, Willerby, East Yorkshire, HU10 6NS and afterwards at St Mary's Church Hall in Cottingham. Please wear bright colours to help us celebrate Mum's life. 

 

 

Instead of flowers at the funeral, we are collecting donations for the Royal National Lifeboat Institute RNLI (this page), remembering Mum's love of sailing, and also for Cancer Research UK http://www.justgiving.com/Gail-Bruce-CRC
