Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am hauling my backside around 13.1 miles to both remember a family member who lost his battle with myeloma in 2010, and to help raise funds for a small but very important charity.

When Frank died he left my sister, niece and nephew without a cherished husband and father and the wider family without a kind and generous man and brilliant raconteur to boot!. We all miss Frank.

 I am running in Birmingham with Franks daughter Louise and I hope that our efforts will prevent other families suffering such loss - please be generous!
