If you donate any amount to our Just Giving campaign for SpecialEffect, you will be entered into a prize draw for our game giveaway - drawn on the night of our marathon. We have 24 games on offer so get your donations in for a chance to win. 

We are going to be hosting a 24hr gaming marathon in support of SpecialEffect as part of their GameBlast 18 event on the 23rd-25th February. We wish to raise £1000 to continue the great work that SpecialEffect does.

SpecialEffect is a charity dedicated to giving people with disabilities the opportunity to enjoy video games, via the use of technology such as modified joypads to eye-control, tailoring specific solutions to help overcome the challenges faced by their disability. This has a profound effect on their therapy, confidence and rehabilitation. 

Our event will be held on the 24th February 2018 at The Bike Shed in Inverness. We will have a variety of consoles on offer for everyone to enjoy, with one console dedicated to completing the entire 24hrs. For that console the joypads will be in rotation throughout the event but the rule is that it must be in the hands of a member of the team at all times. We're going to be playing a wide variety of titles, mostly of the couch co-op style, from Overcooked to Rocket League and more. All gamers are welcome to join us and have a great night for a great cause!
