The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. There is still so much to do to increase opportunities, reduce social isolation and build a brighter future for autistic people. With your help, we can make it happen.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am going to ride a single stage of this year's Tour de France. Not of course when the pros are riding it, but a few days before they do it. This stage will be one of the hardest stages of this year's Tour de France and is a mind-blowing 181 kilometres with around 5 kilometres of gruelling climbing.

In doing so, I hope to raise awareness to autism and have decided to raise money for the National Autistic Society in order to help them in the great work they are doing towards people with autism.

As you might already know, my son George is autistic so this cause is close to my heart and I want to ensure that he and all autistic people in this country get the help, support and services they need and deserve.

Please contribute generously to this important charity and rest assured that i am paying the majority of the costs involved with the bike ride myself so most of the contributions will go to where it belongs!

Thanks a lot.
