Johnny, Den and I would like to thank everyone who has generously donated to such a worthy cause, it really is a stunning total! Thanks also to all who came to support us. I have included some photo's of us looking fresh at the start and not so fresh at the finish!

We finished the race in 3 hours 29 minutes -which was 30 mins faster than expected - so all the training paid off. The winners did it in 2 hours 12 minutes, so we have a target for next year!!

In terms of finishing place, we came 105th out of 163 finishers, with 189 entries.

The salad dodgers are planning to ride again at the Fleet Half Marathon on the 25th March 2012.
