Following the Sucess of my last ride from London to Hastings this year i have decided to take part in the London-Dover Cycle ride 2012, Myself and my intrepid new riding mate Mr Chris Holroyd are getting ready for this challange with training well under way and also me undertaking a hard new fitness program to ensure that i am fitter than ever to take this challange. 

My reasons for all this are simple 4 years ago in june we sadly lost my Father In law Gerald Barnes to a massive heart attack following heart problems in his life, The support that the British Heart Foundation Offered him and also my grandfather during his heart problems and finally for Andrew Gisby (sarahs Cousin) who was again taken suddenly just over a year ago with a Heart Attack.

To continue this work the BHF need our support.  All i ask is that you can take 2 mins to sponsor me for this 81 Mile ride from London to Dover, Please dont think it will be easy task as i can tell you that the pain i will suffer will be huge and i will overcome this to complete it hopefully within my target time of 6 hours But push and PUSH hard i will.   

For Gerald Barnes, Gordon Devey, Andrew Gisby and all others that have been taken by Heart Problems.
