I have decided to take part in this challenge to support the vital research that the british heart foundation do, begining from central London on the 21st of July and ariving in Paris 3 days later, having covered 249miles this challenge is both physically and mently demanding, but its a credit to the support the BHF give to patients and the family of individuals affected by heart disease.

Having suffered a heart atack in June 2013 at the age of 28, I can not thank the charity enough for the support , myself along with my family received from the British Heart Foundation, which has now allowed be to return to good health and be in a position to complete this event to show my apprciation and support to the charity
