After a wonderful experience last year, I've decided to don my running shorts and fancy trainers once again to tackle the Great South Run in memory of my mother, Sue.

I want to raise as much money as I can for the Alzheimer's Society because of the invaluable work they do supporting sufferers and their familes. So I'd be very grateful if you could spare a few quid for a very good cause.
