This year, I'm going to participate the Great Manchester Run. I have decided to run for Lupus UK because my cousin has got the condition. Often she feels fatigue. Unable to go out like a normal person as the condition dictates her. Regularly she takes injections and attends doctor appointments.

Lupus is not a well known condition and more and more people suffer with the condition. Lupus UK's mission is 'to empower people by providing information about lupus and offering support, so their voices are heard and their condition diagnosed and managed effectively'.
