Myself and a colleague (Hugh)will be attempting to cycle from Land’s End to John O’Groats (930 miles) in 8 days. I wanted a challenge to help me get fit and healthy and Hugh, who had recently tragically lost his sister, wanted a challenge to support and remember her by. I have decided to support two chosen charities. LOROS, the Leicestershire support and care for cancer patients and the Boys Brigade, a youth organisation for young boys which played a major role in my “much younger years”
