In December last year, my friends Hannah and Vincent lost their little boy Sacha who died of a very rare and aggressive brain tumour. 

In Sacha's memory Hannah and Vincent have chosen to raise money for World Child Cancer who provide drugs and medical treatment for children suffering in some of the world's poorest countries.  Together with friends they have raised over £11,000 for this great cause.

On Sunday 14th September 2013, I will be running the Great North Run on Tyneside in Sacha's memory and in doing so hope to raise as much money as possible for World Child Cancer.
