The donations collected for this charity by doing the Great north run enable children all over the northeast to have the chance to be nominated for and receive a gift of their choice at an annual awards ceremony.

The children who receive these awards have outstanding courage and bravery. I am proud to be a part of this journey making it possible for them as this is a special day for the children and their families.
