For the last 15 years my Dad has suffered and fought relentlessly against MS. These have not been easy years for him but my Dad is someone that will never give up and has always had the most positive attitude in life, giving me daily inspiration! Ever since he was diagnosed a huge help to him fighting the pain and struggles that come with MS, has been the support and care the Solent MS Therapy Centre has provided.

 This incredible self funded Charity does all it can to support MS sufferers in Hampshire and the Isle of Wight - not just by being able to provide different types of treatment therapy but also being a stable community of people to support suffers and their families with the daily struggles of MS.

I am hoping to raise as much as I can to help this Charity that has helped so many over the years. So I am going to push myself to running more than I have ever attempted before and give a Half Marathon a go - because if my Dad can fight every day the way he does, I can surely push myself to do this.
