Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  I'm about to hit 40 (at the time of writing in July '23), clearly having a mid-life crisis, and signed up to SMASH the London Marathon.  Every pound raised will give me more motivation to push the pain a little more - going to try to run sub 3:45....!

To encourage a few more pennies, i'm also going to add to the list some further 'training' challenges that will no doubt be pretty painful.

• Shrewsbury triathlon - going to flog myself to try to hit a PB in my 8th attempt
• Long Mynd Ultramarathon - 50 miles across the Shropshire hills in 24 hours
• Exercising every single day in 2023 - 210/210 so far...

Home-start are an INCREDIBLE charity - they are a local community of trained volunteers (and expert help) supporting families with young children through tough times.  They believe every child deserves the best possible childhood - and do everything they can to support this.  As a father of 2 (hooligans i may add) I buy into this - and every penny donated will truly make a difference
