On the 12th of May 2021, Rob at only 43 years old tragically took his own life and left behind his two boys, Dougie, 9 and Joseph, 6.

So, on the 7th of May 2022, Dougie, Joseph, my two boys, Kate, Alex and myself are going to do a 5-mile walk of a route in the Peak district that Rob used to do with his boys on a regular basis. 

With the money we raise, we will help more Dads out there be able to open up by attending Talk Club services like talking and therapy group sessions. Talk Club provides safe spaces for men to become mentally fit by giving them the tools that empower, connect and be part of a thriving community of men.

Before we set off and at the end we will check in with each other...
