I am running the 2018 Cardiff Half Marathon to raise money for ABF The Soldiers' Charity who provide vital support to soldiers, veterans and their families in times of need. For Soldiers. For Life.

My father was Gareth Melvyn Griffiths who served with the Welsh Guards and unfortunately lost his life during the Falklands war. Without charities like the ABF The soldiers’ Charity my life could have been very different.

As many of you who know me, know what the army means to me and my family. I feel it’s time to help ABF support soldiers,  veterans and families like mine to provide the best support for as long as possible.
