Geoff struggled most of his life with chronic illness but was always kind, caring and strong until the very end, and never complained about his situation. He was a true inspiration to us all and will be missed tremendously by his family and friends. 

His family would like to thank everyone involved in his care throughout his life and we're raising funds for the Renal Unit of the Churchill Hospital, who were a significant part of his life.
