Who Cares? Scotland is a membership organisation that believes in a lifetime of equality, respect and love for care experienced people. Who Cares? Scotland also provide independent advocacy to children and young people in care up to 25-years-old. But no matter your age or how long you have been or were in care, anyone with care experience can be a member of Who Cares? Scotland.
