ACT for SMA was set up in memory of a beautiful little baby girl called Ally Cadence.  

She very sadly lost her battle with Spinal Muscular Atrophy at only 6 months old :(

Her parents Emma and Karl decided to set up the charity to help other children suffering from SMA and their families.
