New Year New Challenge !!

We (Blue Pelican) have selected Kent Air Ambulance as our Charity of the Year and my contribution to our 6k target is to attempt to run 10k in London on 10th July. You can see more about what I am in for here www.thebritish10klondon.co.uk

I have already been training for a few weeks and have some way to go - but I'd appreciate any support you can give for this fantastic cause - the sort of organisation you hope you'll never need but could literally be the difference between life and death.....
