When I knew my mother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, I knew only a miracle could save her… Yes, only a miracle! I am a scientist, and I know that at the moment medicine and science cannot cure pancreatic cancer, that is why it is so important to fundraise pancreatic cancer research.

When my mother knew she had pancreatic cancer she knew the same as me… So for the last10 months she has given us another lesson of life! She was never beaten by the disease, she kept going for her and for all of us! She never lost her smile,
her kindness, her essence. She woke up every morning hoping that it was just a nightmare, but also every morning once she realized it was really happening, she dressed up with her smile and strength and tried to do her normal life so not to upset anyone.
