I can only imagine that everyone reading this has their own charity they wish to support for personal reasons, and after the last two years mine is aware.ie. 

The support they give to people suffering from depression and mental illness is something I am passionate about supporting and would greatly appreciate your help as I chop my lock ginger locks for a great cause!

All jokes aside I think it is safe to say we all have people in our lives struggling with their mental health and it’s high time we shine a light on it.
