Story
A while ago my family and I were talking about my hair. The joke came across that if I was ever in debt or short of money I could apparently sell my hair. It then came to me that I could actually donate my own hair to this charity that I heard of, The Little Princess Trust, that makes wigs for children who have lost their hair due to illness such as: cancer, leukemia and alopecia.
I have no special connection to this charity but because I have had comments on my hair I thought it would be a good idea to donate my own hair to this charity. The thought that a little girl has a wig from my hair is so heart warming. Children with no hair lose their confidence and so something as simple as a wig can be a real confidence booster to the patient and can give them the strength and will power to fight their disease.
My hair hasn't been cut since year 7, apart from trimming the split ends, so its fairly long. I haven't fully appreciated my hair hair until know, so please make this cut worth while and donate to help me reach my goal of £200. Anything would be grateful and if the total money raised exceeds £200 I would be over the moon.
Thank you x
