A team of us will be attempting a hideous challenge of 24 fitness tests on the hour every hour on Thursday 6 December. 

For my part I will be completing 24 fitness tests on the hour every hour, totalling. 

44 press ups, 50 sit ups and 1.5mile run in 10.30.

Total will be: 

1056 press ups. 

1200 sit ups 

36 miles at 7min mile pace. 

This will be one of the last events I undertake in the military and way of me giving back to a battalion that I have loved serving with.
