The Big Hike to the Game

Why? - Farnham Rugby Club needs to move.

As you can see from the prime site 20 or so seniors will make the hike from the Club to Twickenham on Saturday.

After 30 years with the Club first as player, the coach, ladies coach and,finally, the Academy I was delighted to take up the role of President this season.

The club needs new facilities, premises fit for the emerging players, juniors and minis to build their enjoyment for the game, their skill levels and team spirit.  Importantly it would also be due reward for the committee, the coaches who have given up hours of their time to fight for the move and have had to put up with the Wrecclesham Bog for so long.
