Story

Hi all,

I've decided to set myself a few goals for the new year in attempt to jump aboard this "new year, new me" malarkey; starting with a half marathon in Madrid. Very un-me, which I'm sure many of you may appreciate, but with the chance to raise a bit of money at the same time, it's a great incentive for me to complete a challenging goal.

Training has started now and, aside from working towards some personal goals in getting fitter in the meantime, there is a much bigger picture involved in terms of raising money for my chosen charity - Give Them A Sporting Chance.

It's very easy to take for granted being able to partake in both individual and team sports, and there are many people in the world who don't get that privilege. GTASC, through a fully volunteer-run platform, work towards turning the sporting dreams of disabled people of all ages (and those who care for them) into reality.

So if you could chuck a bit of money towards me in aid of this cause, it would mean a hell of a lot, and help drive me towards a respectable feat.

About the charity

The Charity turns the dreams of disabled people of all ages, and those who care for them, into reality.
